I feel pretty good about this week. I got all my workouts in, and I ate 'clean,' for the most part. Since I loosely tracked my macros, I would say my nutrition was at 85%. My goals this upcoming week are 1.) Hone in on nutrition and track macros diligently 2.) Incorporate some cardio 3.)Challenge myself to go heavier with the weights.
