special post for 250k challengers
OVERALL RATING
This post is for the psychos who want to win this year's Bodybuilding.com #transformation #250kchallenge In every competition judges have something specific they're looking for but they don't write a checklist for you. Look at the previous female (or male) winners-what prominent body parts do they have in common. What kind of look do these judges prefer? Dont get carried away with what you think a champion should look like, pay attention and sculpt your body accordingly if you really want to win. It's not fair that everyone has different genetics, some have an easier time developing certain muscles than others. But you can do it. My then coach said NOT to compare myself to the previous winner but I refused to listen to her. I KNEW it mattered. She won traditional bodybuilding competitions that only valued shoulders and glutes not six pack. But I knew my competition was different. Can you tell what the judges are looking for? Btw #Bodybuildingcom cares about who represents their brand, so be nice and not overly sexual, heard it straight from the marketing people. They're watching ? You don't need to post all the time, I posted on ig/fb/bodyspace once a week and usually was not a photo of me, so don't be scurred. This is helpful for them to stalk you later when they surprise you. You'll be surprised at how many real friends you'll make because it's a good community if you genuinely open yourself up and try to uplift others. But stay focused. And hope you enjoyed the biggest cheat meal ever before your before pic! I'm still writing my #memoir on how I won the #200kchallenge in 2015. I really want it to help you guys out so I'm hurrying. It's gonna be #badass and things you never heard before. Follow me on instagram: grateful_beast
