Post-workout. I'm not gonna lie, I really struggled at the beginning of my workout today. I felt incredibly fatigued, which baffles me because I took a rest day yesterday, I haven't significantly dropped calories yet (1900kcal/day), and I ate a huge pre-workout meal. Even though it was tough, I pushed through, and pushed harder. I worked out for about an hour and a half, and rested very little between sets. My hard work shows on my shirt, and I walked out of the gym very proud for challenging myself when I felt exhausted. If you want it, work for it.
