Almost through my first week of the RSP: Sculpt Your Best Body in 8 weeks. I've done this program before but never did ALL of the cardio workouts nor did I track my macros during the process. After I complete this program, I'm moving onto Kris Gethrin's 4 Weeks to Shred! #250kchallenge here I come
