Past few weeks have been hectic dealing with interviews, new work, and a car accident. My workouts have been sporadic but I'm about due for some new goals to help me get back on track with my workouts. New year, bigger, stronger, more shredded me. Lift goals for the end of the year: -405 bench -500 squat -600 deadlift @ 210 lbs
