Today was a heavier squat day. New PR @ 295... though I'm hesitant to count it as official until I get to the gym with my friend for a spot... I know I chickened out on all the way down for fear of failing. However, after that weighted step up / reverse lunge combos and finished with jump goblet squats w a 5 sec hold at the bottom. I'm gonna be sore!
