I really don't like leg day photos bc mine have always been underdeveloped. Today is the first day in a long time that I feel I have earned a posted leg shot or two! Simple workout: 40 reps @ 225 (many short breaks) after warming up followed by isolation hold jump squats to failure. First time in a long time I regretted climbing the stairs afterwards!!!
