This hurts!!! So so bad! Who else has smashed their fingers between plates before!? This ended today's sesh real quick! So fitfam, my plan is to take a rest day tmw, legs for Tues. But I'm worried this still won't be ready to grip any heavy weights by Wednesday. I suppose I could go lighter with DBs and higher reps but I'm open to suggestions on how to work around this or heal quicker. What ya got fitfam?
