Good session working them #hamstrings superset heavy leg press with stiff leg DL both close and sumo stance 15 reps on each movement 4 sets. Vertical leg press on the heavy side as well superset with ankle weight abductors 20 reps per set x4. The rest was a circuit for #glutes 4 different exercises to tackle every angle ?#happyfriday #dontskipyourmetime #gogetit ??
