I have multiple reasons why I could say I can't workout or lose weight ....let me list the ways. *3 time cancer survivor (20 yrs out and 10 yrs out) *12 surgeries some w residual effects on ab muscles *lung fibrosis from radiation *low thyroid *open heart for valve replacement from radiation treatments *chronotropic incompetence (fancy way of saying my heart won't beat faster than 140' *I'm too old (I'll be 40 in a month)....... I could go on. I'm here to tell you no matter what .......YOU CAN. Be committed, do the work, be open to change, work with your body and what you have got, don't set limitations-set goals and NEVER QUIT.
