#transformationtuesday January 1st vs the present. So great to look back on the last year with a smile seeing the results of my hard work. January was the time I decided to change my gym routine after a long plateau and started crossfit... the combination of endurance training and weight lifting burned off the excess fat and shaped my muscles, and I was having so much fun doing it? I expected to be most excited about the numbers on the scale decreasing; I ended up getting more excited about the number of pounds for each movement increasing significantly over the course of these 11 months??? the motivating atmosphere is so key for me, when I'm motivated I feel like I can do anything...then I try, it's my favorite? when I end up surprising myself, but when I don't I keep working on it.... except for DU... not enough motivation in the world??someday. Ugh
