While I was a bit nervous with the timing of this latest challenge (two weeks prior to my show versus 6 weeks after)... was praying I would not look WORSE! But low and behold what a smart reverse diet and workout regimen can do! I made some nice progress on this backside! In taper, glutes and hammies! I post very few backside shots... a rare moment where I am actually happy with the progress!
