Don't Hold Yourself Back
OVERALL RATING
My lovely friend Kenzie Brenna made a post this morning on Instagram that reminded me of why I started sharing more openly about my fears and my struggles. Fitness and well being has been my greatest passion since I was in high school and there was a point in time that I was afraid to share that with other people. I would never want someone else to feel as though I did or as if they aren't good enough for their own passion...I started sharing more openly and frequently because I realized the impact that I can have on others. Doing things that make you feel vulnerable and uncomfortable will help you break free from psychologically destructive habits that leave you feeling unfulfilled. The possibility of helping someone else improve both physically and emotionally has been the most rewarding part of my journey so far. I encourage you all to do something that you know will make YOU happy today or that you know will make you uncomfortable (in a positive, character building way of course). Outside of your comfort zone is where beautiful things will happen. #BestSelf #BodybuildingcomSpokesmodelSearch
