Quads and glutes were the target today. Since i'm still bother by my glute/hamstring injury the lifts from todays session were light but intense. My fave movements *Tabata Squats *Clean & Press (not sure if that's the precise name for this exercise since the movement started with a BB Romanian DL into a full BB front squat and finally a shoulder press) this particular movement got me sweating as if i was sprinting ?? I'm sure i'll be sore for the next few days ?? #nopainNoGain #whateverittakes #newkicksgotmeextramotivated ?? #motivationiscontagious #passiton #fitfam ????
