#myfitsquad #preexhaustiontraining Today I preexhausted my quads with leg extensions (2 warm up sets, drop set for 100 reps then drop set partials for 60 reps) then moved to my compound movement squats for a rest-pause set of 14-12-10-8-6-4-2 reps at 150 pounds and superset those with modified sissy squats for 20 full, 20 partial reps to COMPLETELY exhaust my quads
