You can train as good and hard as you want , as long you don't give your body the calories and proteins fats and carbs that the body needs then your body won't built even more muscles that cause even more calories to burn ... that's a fact that everybody has to realize !!! I even experienced it when I didn't have the time to eat good and enough then you just protect your muscles from loosing them through the work outs but you don't really build new ones !!
