I got this sweet tooth. But I also got these goals. #breakfast #highprotein (12 egg whites whipped into a meringue) good #fiber #carbs (1.5 servings of oat bran) #flavor from #chocolate #casein #protein and a pinch of cinnamon. Sweetened with Splenda (or whatever, I'm off the sugar). The result is a #lowfat very filling breakfast pie that taste similar to chocolate mousse.
