Started the morning off strong today with lots of protein and carbs! Bring 1/2 cup of oats and 1 cup of water to a brief simmer or until oats have started to absorb the water. Lower the heat and begin whipping 3/4 cup of egg whites. Add to the mixture until it begins to thicken. Add 1/2 scoop of your favorite protein and a tsp of honey. For the protein I use EAS Myoplex Cinnamon Swirl.
