My gym has some neat stuff geared towards athletes like football players. This is a sled that you can push or pull. I did Pushes yesterday to finish my leg workout. Only used a 10 pound plate but that was enough. 1 lap up and back, rest 2 1/2 minutes and repeat. My quads and CNS were wasted.
