The straw that broke the camel's back, took my girls to the mountains for a Sunday funday. Had a great day but was disgusted with myself and how hard it was for me to catch my breath and how winded I was after. Realized if I want ot continue to have fun with my girls I need to get my *** in gear and that's exactly what I did today.
