Don't be discouraged when you don't see results within a week or two. Give it time, trust the process and make sure you stay on track with your workouts and diet. It is also OKAY to have a rest day. Months of hard work isn't going to dissolve because you didn't work out today. Keep your diet in check, make sure you stay hydrated and put in 100% effort with tomorrow's workout.
