Post baby update
I haven't had as much time as I did after our first baby for consistent training or eating but I'm still getting it in! I have been using a machine at the gym called the Hitrainer and it gives a high intensity workout in a short amount of time. So between that and my free weights I have cleaned my diet up a bit this past week I am seeing my abs start to poke through again! I will be doing an event for Reebok in about a month that I will share more about with you all soon.
