Da booty sweat. 4am light work on biceps & calves and a 3.5 mile run. Signing up for a Thanksgiving half marathon is both the dumbest & most exciting decision I've made in a while. I thought I was pretty fit from weightlifting for the past three + years but... You don't know how weak you are until you try to run longer than 10 minutes after very little to no cardio in the past year. It's going to be really interesting to see if I can make it through the next two months of half marathon training. Laaaaaaawd help me.
