Back throughout high school and after I graduated and joined the Air Force, I always loved lifting. I was never bodybuilder-status, but I enjoyed going to the gym and throwing whatever weight I could. Now, as a dad of 7 beautiful kids, 4 of which play soccer, I don't have the time I used to have. It's been 10 years since I went to the gym. But ive invested in a small home gym and its time to get back to it!

Today I did my lower body workout quads hamstrings glutes calves abductors adductors and my muscles I give god all the praise and glory for helping me push through it all safely and correctly and most importantly all in his glorious name for helping me push through it all and me getting it all done since I didn’t get to yesterday cause it rained all day and the rain makes me tight and hurt so I did it today all while fasted this morning and just being able to do it I hope everyone has a great blessed safe day.
