Today I did my upper body workout chest triceps shoulders and core muscles I give god all the praise and glory for blessing me with the energy and strength to do it all safely and correctly and most importantly all in his glorious name for helping me push through it all and just to do it all cause when I woke up this morning my shoulder arm and side was hurting me and I’ve done nothing to it it’s just Nero pain the doctor told me before but I had on my arm compression sleeve and did my workout without any pain thank you lord for helping me push through it all for your praise and glory not my own. I feel a lot better now and had a great workout to kickoff my week lol I hope everyone has a great blessed safe day and week.
