OVERALL GOAL///TRANSFORM MY BODY
"215 pounds now on 7th June 2019. Plan to lose 20 pounds fat in 30 weeks. So 195 pounds by mid Jan 2020. Stopped drinking 7 weeks ago, plan to stop until at least hit 195 pounds. Eat good food, stop eating at 7.30pm till 8am each day. Stress less."
