My Vo2Max= 52 ml/kg/min: ELITE lvl. for my age elite level is only 47. 12 min running-test 2600 meter is excellent. I haven't even done running that much lately and I'v got +5 kg of musclemass.

my best effort shoulder shrug i did 3 with the last set with 45 reps at #580#sets then went on to the leverage shoulder shrug to do 7 sets!
