I tell my online clients this is the "secret." If you really want make body composition change you have to hit the weights not cardio. Choose weights over cardio every day.

It really doesn't matter if you are trying to transform your body or aesthetically improve. Unless you are looking to compete in a powerlifting meet or this is a big goal of yours, it really doesn't matter. You can make almost any weight challenging.

I have really steered away from traditional cardio and tried to get it in my workouts with weights. This pic (which is not me) might be a bit of an exaggeration but has some merit
