I tried this today on biceps...wow! Restricting blood flow to the arms or legs during training may sound crazy, but the Muscle Prof has been front and center on the latest research into what is actually a cutting-edge hypertrophy technique!

I love everyday at the gym for sure. But there is 1 day that I love thee most!!! Shoulder day! This chick is bad *** and I really like this workout. Recipe for Wednesday: 2 scoops Hemo Rage and this workout!!!

Sometimes the toughest strength moves don't involve any iron at all. Heed the call of the one-arm push-up and discover how tough progressive calisthenics can be! Wait a minute....I can add this stuff to my run after the gym!!!! Yayyyyy!!! :)
