Haha love this one! Yesterday was legs and glutes- I added in a CARDIO CHALLENGE at the end of my workout- try the 'BONUS BOOTY BURN-OUT' on the step mill! Every 2 min on the step mill, hop off & perform narrow stance PLIE JUMP SQUATS, repeat 8-10x
