KEEP YOUR CORE TIGHT: Take a look at the pelvis.....When you round your back, you let your pelvis tuck under resulting in an increase in the amount of pressure being put through your lumbar spine (lower back).....THIS IS WHY FORMIS SO IMPORTANT......
