It is good thing when your pecs are sore where the connect to your delts. To me it means that what I did yesterday hit that part.

After my workout last night I was dripping sweat all over, armpits, below my chest all the way to my lower half. Lots of people looked at me and I'm sure they wondered if I just finished taking the Zumba class going on. I felt like saying No!
