Today poolside calisthenic workouts were completed. Focus T25 and other daily total body double workouts begin tomorrow until summer ends. (fun with "edge sketch" on this family photo at our club pool)

I started a "Stronger Together" Boot Camp for clients yesterday and will be engaged personally with #P90X for the next 90-days with a determined group seeking to reach various goals, but all willing to push their fitness envelope everyday.

Easing back into #MFT28 Arms War + Abs today after 2 days of sicky-yuk. Probably throw in a few sets for shoulders and back, which I missed. Congrats to all making gains and reaching goals!

Week #2 /// Day #8 MFT28 Chest and Abs. I had an amazing muscle pump and energy response today with 3 separate workouts throughout a 9 hours span of time. Love using this as my fit journal while waiting to start my next Fit Boot Camps in 2015.

Day#7///MFT28 REST DAY (Sunday) of reflection, healing, worship, etc. This completes the first week of #MFT28... The next 7-days will have different workouts for the same sequence of body parts as this week. I'm feeling results of the 1st wk.
