Workouts

Oh man! This is perfect. Crossfit < Bodybuilding. I would rather have strength and size! That is my personal opinion, working out either way is great! No disrespect.

This is my lifestyle. I dont go to the bar on a Friday night, i go to the gym and while you are hungover drinking bloody mary's, im drinking my post workout after finishing my workout. I lift, why dont you.
