Workouts

I'm already feeling today's Greg Plitt MFT28 leg workout. I have a feeling I'm going to be saying this over and over for the next couple of days.....

Yesterday I took a break from making my own workout and did a Jamie Eason LiveFit Shoulder workout (with a bit of Triceps and Chest)
