I have had a few set backs this week. Im craving such a transformation that will be mind blowingly AWESOME!!! Yes my workouts are 100% consistent...the diet part needs a little help and definitely a lot more enthusiasm. Happy Friday Fit Fam!!!

The journey is so slow...every single effort counts. Been doing my daily squats to see if i can make something of my tush lol My glutes are pretty good tho..... So far im still pushing. Happy Tuesday
