Workouts

Day 10 of my 100 day burpee challenge. 100 per day. I am quitting. I don't like quitting but I found burpees: 1. Suck. 2. They take a toll on your body that is not good. 3. My weight training strength was suffering. Weights win. Burpees lose.

Made a workout out of my home stairs tonight. Found this handy stair climbing fact sheet.
