I've only been able to train once this week but I intend to make up for the lost time next week ! I'm not ready yet to give up the fight against old age !

Back and delts today. Don't regret to have skipped training yesterday , the pump was incredible and I'm using more and more weight at every session. High intensity workout ! Can't wait to go back to the gym !

Fourth workout of the week completed! Back and shoulders today, legs yesterday ! Very satisfied with the way I'm progressing, even legs are improving. Time for 2 days off to recover and fill the energy tank before starting a new week of hard work !

Finally did legs this morning.after 2 weeks! Looks like I work my legs better at weekends! Legs used to be my weakest bodypart but they're improving slowly but surely! I might have problems tomorrow to climb stairs though ! lol !

Tuesday workout completed ! Focus on abs, obliques and chest ! Slowly progressing in spite of my age! Couldn't work my legs last week as planned . And today my knees were painful ( cold and wet weather!) But I'll make them suffer later in the week

2 days off, a good night's sleep( 'for once!) , a solid breakfast and then an outstanding workout today with heavy weights feeling so light and a great pump ! It was about time after almost 2 weeks of low energy .It feels good to be back in shape !

Monday workout was outstanding and hard! But I was very tired the following days. At 69 you don't recover that fast ! So today I tried working the upper body light weights and only 2 exercises/part and 2 sets/exercise . And it worked rather well !

outstanding workout this morning! chest/back ! slow tempo, light weights first then heavier, high intensity and super pump ! Left the gym with the great feeling of progressing toward my fitness goal !

Started the week with my weakest bodypart -legs! Always a problem with painful knees ! Focused not on the weight but on the intensity and finally managed to get a nice workout and a good pump! Really should try to work my legs twice a week !

Yes, skipping yesterday's training was the right decision. This morning I was full of energy and had a tremendous back/shoulders workout. Now it's time to feed the beast and get some rest

Back to training today after a 10-day break. Gyms have been closed since October and no sign of reopening in the coming weeks. It's getting harder to find motivation with the present covid-situation but as soon as gym reopens I intend to give it all

A nice chest workout today. Motivation has come back, I've increased my food/protein intake and try to make the best of my home training. Trying hard to stay positive and keep healthy and in good shape till gyms reopen and the weather gets better!
