I'll be combining this exercise regime with the summer workout plan and 26 laps of a 25m pool - for the next 3 months x5/6 times p/week.

Day 1 of this plan done....the renegade is the most painful to do- for your hands on the stupid weights!! Need to work our a tester way of doing this exercise
