I work out with my trainer 3 days a week for an hour each time. Wednesday is Leg Dsy with him. OMG my legs haven't been this wobbly in a long time!! I may have to call 911 to help me up off the toilet! Bahhhh :)
The best thing about EARLY morning workouts, resolution people aren't willing to get up that early! I had 2 hours of an empty gym this morning! I enjoyed EVERY minute of it!! :)
