One hour is 4% of your day..I did my workout in 30 minutes that is 2% of my day. Make time for it just get it done. Nobody ever got strong or got fit by thinking about it. They did it. We all get 24 hours in a day it is just how we choose to use them

Exercise is far from easy. But when you face that challenge, don't run away from it. Don't ignore it either. Feel it. Use it as a reminder that as difficult as that moment in time may be, it isn't the hardest thing you'll ever do. Believe and Achieve

Do you have major goals? You've got to be Hungry! I am 30 now, I have had a child but you know what, I am blessed to still be here at 30, I am blessed I can have a child. You can make anything positive or negative it is your choice!
