I know this a day late however, Happy 4th of July! Yesterday morning we did the tribute WOD to Chris Kyle, and it ABSOLUTELY OWNED US. I was happy to have completed it, and to the right is me drenched in sweat since it took me 36mins to complete.

What a way to kick off the 1st day of July than with a cardio WOD. I can't express how happy w/how far I have came endurance wise. (I'm the one wheezing while running 400 meeters.)

This morning's WOD - haven't did a tabata (8 rounds of sunshine) in a while.SO many deadlifts for a 5:30am workout. counted the amount of total reps in both the 2nd and last round.

5:30 am crossfit session this morning - I finished w/the fastest WOD time however disappointed w/my dead lift 1RM. 20lbs less than my 203 I stuck on 4/23.
