Calisthenics - elbow lever progression. Finally can do it with legs together! (legs apart in straddle position is a bit easier) The angle's a bit weird lol

I've started doing calisthenics with a group of fellow vegans in a local park :) It's a fantastic workout I know I will get a full pull-up soon! Here's me learning to do an elbow lever off a bar

Reps & Sets - a lot of people get stuck in middle ground training in which they neither gain the muscle size nor the strength they want. There's a fix for that.
