After my 1hr and 45 minute work out last night! A great combination of cardio and lifting, interval training and some kick *** deadlifts. (I don't know why my pic is sideways)

Some guy at the gym yesterday offered to "help me put my pates on the barbell for the deadlifts I was doing" he looked.. "140 lbs?" I guess he thought I couldn't lift it? Bahahahhaha!

Leg day! I love lifting heavy but I think Im going to start adding some cardio/interval training more often into my workouts. I am needing to see some definition! I am stronger but I don't look strong lol I still look like a chunky 150lbs woman.
