I have WAT TOO MUCH energy for it to be a rest day, so I am going in to do a crazt leg superset and a little cardio just to brake myself from being in the gym for hours.

It's a tired day. Pushing to get moving. Got it in pretty hard yesterday. and today is my longest of the week. But I'm going. Just turned on the music, coffee is done, clothes in the drier. Protein shake then out the door. Hope all smash your day! xo

Good morning all! Had a great relaxing day off with a re-feed. Feeling a little aggressive today. I know it's because I have pent up energy, so Thank God it's chest day.. Mission today is to come back home after the gym not able to carry my gym bag.
