I'm guilty of ignoring squats and so crucial to overall healthy body...and building muscle everywhere. Having multiple options helps give the knees options while strengthening legs!
Love when my kids give me encouragement like this! Make me feel like a superhero.
Wake each day and start again. Simple.

I don't know what HAM is, but some people at the gym walk around like they're killing time until a movie starts down the road. Go hard or go home!!
