Triceps are one of my all time favorite body parts to train. The pump can be unreal and the feeling gets me high. I love training everything, but the tricep squeeze is serious!

Some people love training legs, others hate it. I'm 50/50... Sometimes it's amazing, other days it ends in tears and vomit.. Who trains Legs on Saturday?

This is what the end of an awesome leg workout looks like. Reps higher than 250 and strength like a monster. Just awesome stuff today. Training with D is a nice change, his intensity and mindset are off the charts!

With a controlled movement, I bring my pelvis up to my sternum.. No shaking, or swinging.. Super challenging, best thing for lower abs and obliques .. Says ME!
