I felt this one today... we only have 1 squat rack (???) Yet there are 2 of those curling racks.... I've squatted in the curling rack before... and I'll do it again! ha!
This was 13 weeks ago....single leg squats, ***** pad, smith machine, learning how to get strong. Now I fly solo (free from the confines of the machine) and since I strengthened my shoulders and back, no longer need the pad.
