If you're curious to learn some GI physiology and how it applies to protein shake and diet recommendations this is a pretty good article. Although, it left out IGF-1 which I recommend you read up on after you check out this article.
It's an interesting read. I'm still not sure I believe that you can build considerable muscle while burning fat though.
