Vanilla protein pancake. 1 scoop Lean body for Her vanilla whey + 3 TBSP oatmeal + 1 TBSP chia seed + shake of cinnamon + 1 whole egg. Handful blueberries and and handful of almonds. Lean Body multi vitamin, krill oil, probiotic, anti-bloat. :)
